The firm behind the work matters.
Here is who we are.

A Small Team. Significant Experience.
Dukes & King is deliberately structured as a specialist practice. Every engagement is led and delivered by experienced practitioners, not passed to junior analysts once a mandate is won.

Our model is built to reduce key-person dependency. Work is structured so that more than one member of the team understands your position, your counterparties, and your objectives. If a lead adviser is unavailable, continuity is maintained. Our analysts are trained directly by the principals and are active participants in client work from day one.

This means you get senior attention throughout, and the resilience of a team, not the exposure of relying on a single individual.

Banks have products to place. Consultancies have frameworks to deploy. We have neither. We are an independent corporate finance and risk management firm.

Our only interest is your outcome
That means we can challenge your bank, interrogate your existing structure, and recommend the solution that is right for you - not the one that is easiest for us.

We are proud to have been recognised by the industry

for the quality and innovation of our work.

Best risk management firm 4 years running.

Straightforward to engage. Serious about outcomes.
Engagements are led by the people you meet.

Whether you are a CFO looking for independent input on a specific decision, or a treasury team that needs hands-on support for a complex transaction, we are structured to move quickly and work at the level of detail your situation requires.

Independent by design

No conflicts. No product quotas. No pressure to recommend a counterparty relationship. We advise on the market and the structure, then help you execute - cleanly and on your terms.

Experience at the coalface

Our principals have spent decades at the intersection of corporate finance, treasury, capital markets, and derivatives. This is not theoretical knowledge, but based on significant experience working in complex organisations.

Lateral-minded problem solving

We do not apply standard frameworks. We think across disciplines - corporate finance, risk management, governance, capital structure - and find the solution that fits your specific situation.

Embedded,
not advisory

We work alongside your team.

When it matters, we are present: in the room, on the call, at the table with stakeholders.
